I start off with a big grocery shopping trip and get all these healthy foods in the house, but then my schedule gets super hectic with work, kids, or the holidays – and I find myself going back to less healthy choices because it’s just easier.
If I make a choice that’s off my diet plan, I figure I screwed it up and will just eat whatever for the rest of the day and try to start again tomorrow.

When setting off on a new routine, many people will try to do too much too soon. Old injuries, sitting at a desk all day, demanding jobs all result in your body not functioning optimally. Once we identify overactive/underactive systems we can get your body stabilized.
If you take an old car that hasn't been running well and try to race it at 100 mph, it will break down. Your body is the same way. We ramp up the workout intensity in 3 distinct phases.

I'm Steve, owner and head coach of Evergreen Fitness Coaching. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and worked with 1000s of clients during that time. Many online fitness coaches will charge you $1,500+ for a 3 month program which comes to $500 per month and they usually offer cookie cutter, one size fits all programs with limited communication and accountability.
