If we listened to fitness influencers on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, the perfect health and fitness routine should look like this:

Baseline Fitness Assessment

Knowing your current strength, endurance, and flexibility will give us a starting point with which to go on.

Static and Dynamic Postural Analysis

Old injuries, sitting at a desk all day, demanding jobs all result in your body not functioning optimally. Once we identify overactive/underactive systems we can get your body stabilized.

3 Phase Fitness Approach

If you take an old car that hasn't been running well and try to race it at 100 mph, it will break down. Your body is the same way. We ramp up the workout intensity in 3 distinct phases.

Constant Communication

You've got questions, we've got answers. We will be in contact through email, phone, app, and text all throughout your journey.

Tracking and Accountability

I'm Steve, owner and head coach of Evergreen Fitness Coaching. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years and worked with 1000s of clients during that time. I’ve become an expert in identifying problems that hold people back and limit their ability to be in the best shape possible.

I am also a dad in my mid-40s, so I know first-hand the struggles we face daily when it comes to aches and pains. Seeing so many dads in their 40s and 50s be unable to fully enjoy the precious time with their families has inspired me to help as many dads possible transform their bodies into the shape they always wanted but could never previously achieve.

How much does it cost?

In person trainers can cost around $100-$150+ per session. If you did 3 sessions per week, that would cost you over $1,200 per month and that likely does not include nutrition guidance.

Many online fitness coaches will charge you $1,500+ for a 3 month program which comes to $500 per month and they usually offer cookie cutter, one size fits all programs with limited communication and accountability.

When you join Evergreen Fitness Coaching, you have no long term contract to sign. The initial 2 week kickstarter program is $37 then $197/month after that. You can cancel at any time and get to keep all of the workouts and nutrition guidance we create for you.
